There is a string line of blood run along out side of my stool. When I wipe out. There is blood in toilet pape?
quick backroundhad a baby 8 months ago. she was a biggie, lol. since then ive had a few of these that are getting worse and worse. id say about 5 of them. went to the doc about a month ago after one and was thought to be an ulcer. told me to try zantac twice daily. yesterday it happened again. the only way i can explain it is it feels like my intestine is twsting around itself. im a nurse, i know its not literally doing that but that is the only way to describe it. it lasts for hours, slowly diminishing over time til its gone but then im left with soreness. like if i had been vomitting for hours and all my abdominal muscles are worn out. am i making sense? i never have heart burn/indigestion. even with pregnancy only at the very end and when i went to bed for the night. baby was 22 inches long and 8pounds 8 ounces so she filledd me up pretty good, againlol. i know that labor and delivery can cause these sometimes. theres no certain foods that set it off. i eat garlic, sauces, vinegars, etc with sometimes absolutely nothing and then BAM! i cant even stand up straight. its just below the sternum and is an unbelievable cramp like feeling(if that even does it justice)and it hurts all the way thru to my back. i have an appointment with a gi specialist next week(1st available appointment)and if it happens again i will just go to er in the mean time. im just wondering if anyone out there has any idea what else this may be?
also, while this was happening yesterday i took zantac twice(few hours apart), prilosec otc, mylanta, milk. this lasted total about 10 hours.( i was at work, couldnt leave unfortunately.)and nothing seemed to help.
aaaaaandhad gallbladder out years ago, maybe 15 years ago and doc already ruled out liver etc. did a ton of blood work and everything was absolutely perfect much to my surprise. he also did a preg test to be safe and ruled out urinary infection. thanks all!
does this sound like a hiatal hernia?
Hi. Okay, so Im having some major health issues right now. I feel awful, but have no health insurance, and am basically grasping at straws at this point to find out what my problem is. Im hoping to NOT have to go to the ER for this, but if this could be something serious, Id definitely go rather than risking future health.
Heres my symptoms:
*Severe (and I mean SEVERE heartburn). Feels like its coming up to the base of my throat. Hurts like no other. Doesnt matter what I eat or drink, it just is there.
*Antacids do not work. Ive tried Prilosec, Zantac, Pepcid, Rolaids, Tums, pretty much, you name it, Ive taken it. I get minimal relief and then its right back to searing pain, and it does wake me up in the middle of the night.
*Along with this, Ive had horrible nausea, which is about enough to make me want to scream.
*My stomach feels distended. Pressure on any part of my stomach just hurts like no other, and I feel like Ive eaten a 10 course meal at any time during the day whether I eat or not. Its horrible.
*I have a stabbing/sharp pain just under my rib cage on the left side, basically between the middle of my stomach and my side. It can make me double over in pain if I eat anything.
*I feel almost constipated, but my bowels have been fairly normal.
*Im not pregnant or taking any medications (other than Tylenol LOTS OF TYLENOL for the stomach pain)
*In the last 3 days, Ive developed a cough out of nowhere. My nose has been a bit stuffy because of allergies, and I dont necessarily think I am getting a cold or anything like that.
Okay, so if anyone out there has had similar symptoms or anything like that, or has any suggestions as to what could be causing thisplease let me know. Ive done about everything I can think of, besides actually going to the ER, but thats my next step. This is horrible!
Thanks!!!
What could these symptoms mean? Anyone have any suggestions?
There is a possibility that I am pregnant but this is so painful. I tried tums, helped a little, and a zantac and that helped a little. Anyone have a better idea?I am only 26
Can someone help? Im not one to get heartburn but it started 21/2 days ago and wont go away?
I was just wondering, do you have to puke to feel better from a viral infection. Last night my 8th day of being sick I finally felt like I was actually going to barf. I probably could have dont it if I tried but I am scared of puking. I rarely ever do it. I have seen 2 doctors and they say it is just a viral infection. I take Zantac and Ativan at the moment. I had been feeling nauseous over the period I was sick but didnt puke. I held all my food down including 2 servings of sphagetti on my 5th night of being sick. I dont think that I have the stomach flu because I havnt had diahrea or puked yet. Is the only way for me to feel better to puke. I really dont want to have to puke because I am scared of it and I dont get why last night I felt like I was going to puke soo bad while on the days before it, the 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, I didnt have this same sensation. Please help me.
Viral infection HELP!?
I recently had hardware removal in my leg. The doctor prescribed . I thought things were going fine but about a week and a half to two weeks I started to get really bad stomach acid. Thinking that it was just from stress from other things going on in my life, I just got over the counter . After I had taken for two days I broke out with a rash all over my body. I didnt think it was the because I had stopped it two days before I stated taking because my leg looked fine. My rash only appeared after I started taking the , and hasnt fully gone away. Now I take Zantac and today I started my cycle of Clindamycin again. A couple hours later my rash started to get worse and it seems that it is the Clindamycin that is causing it. So my questions is, could my body be having a delayed allergic reaction to Clindamycin since I didnt experience or notice any symptoms for those first two weeks that I was taking it? And if thats the case, how long does a antibiotic usually stay in your system so I know when to expect the rash to go down? My doctor has seen the rash when we thought it was the Omeprazole and he said to just use Benadryl. SO now I know what has been causing it, I will stop using the antibiotic since my leg is fine. If I could get an answer for the above two questions and any other recommendations or help that would be great. Thank you so much!
Allergic reaction. HELP!!!!?
with a date or group of friends??? I look ridicuolous.
I take zantac and pepsid before drinkin, kinda helps the redness but still..
HELP MEE
Alcohol makes my face go red and weird. Like literally my face changes. How am I suppose to enjoy a drink ?
He has been eating cereal for the last 7 weeks and has been fine with it, he loves it. I started introducing fruit to him 2 weeks ago and he has been throwing up more and more everyday. He does have acid reflux and is on zantac for it. Is the fruit to acidy? Is this normal? I stopped the fruit yesterday to see if this is what is causing it.I dont give him a bottle after his cereal and fruit because he eats a pretty big bowl full. I have tried bananas, apple sauce and pears so far.I did speak to his doctor and she isnt sure either, she just said to stop the fruit and see if it gets better. I was wondering if someone else has went through this.
My 5 month has been throwing up all day long since I started him on fruit. Why?
I have heartburn very often, at least once a day, usually for many hours and some days from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep. I have had this for years, even when I was in my younger teen years(I am 25 now). Sometimes I cant move because it is so bad. I feel like my chest is ripping. After severe episodes, I have a very uncomfortable lump feeling in my throat. I try to prop up pillows to elevate my upper body when I lay down. Unfortunately, I love spicy and strange food (Im a cook) and I smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol, although I refrain from these things when I am having heartburn. I have a weak stomach and also vomit at least a few times a week. When I have Zantac in the house, I take it a couple times a day trying to relieve the pain. I have tried Tums, Maalox, and drink pepto often. I do not have any medical insurance. Does anyone have any idea of what this could be? What are some things that I can do to minimize the pain? Thank you.
Heartburn/Lump in throat?
is there such a thing?
starting in june 2006, i had a short short virus: woke up at 2 am, threw up once, fell asleep, woke up at 5am with a feverhad a fever for a day, day and a half then i was fine
but since then i randomly get nausea. i cant pinpoint how often because it is so random. itll happen one time one week, 3 times the next week, then not happen for 2 months, or 3 weeks, etc, then itll happen twice in a week, then not for another 2 weeks, etc.
it usually lasts between 20 min and a few hours being on and off during that time. just so random.
sometimes its so bad i realllly feel like ill throw up, but i never do, i mean except 2 times since that june 2006 virus, but if ive been nauseous 100 days total since then, throwing up only 2 times is unrelated. i also sometimes get a littttle bit of the chills with this nausea
do have ibs, and mitral valve prolapse, and semi-occasional heartburn (2-3 times a month) and it has been said that mitral valve prolapse can just throw the body out of whack causing unknown sensitivities to things at times, so it might be related to that, but im just not sure. do also have anxiety, but this comes and happens most often when im not being bothered by anything and not having anxiety at all.. also, most often happens at night, i can only recall less than 10 times (out of this possible 100) that it has happened in the day.
its a complete mystery to me. have tried tums, pepto, taken zantac from time to time for heartburn am 21 year old female that follows a healthy, mostly organic diet low in fat and sodium. i dont smoke, do drugs, drink soda, coffee or alcohol. i dont eat after 8:30 pm, unless on very rare occasion im at a party of some sort in which i try to eat lightly and not after 10:30pm. also take probiotics daily for the past year
any ideas? anyone else out there like me?
thanks!all i drink is water, sometimes not enough, but ive been better lately and i usually drink enough.
Chronic Nausea with no cause?
i have really bad acid reflux right now and a really sore throat and i was wondering if there are any people out there that know what i can take - do i just take things like zantac/rennies or heartburn relief things? will that help? or do i have to go to my doctor and get something prescribed for it.

In many ways, this is one of those "no s *$, Sherlock" type of findings. Obviously mothers of kids with disabilities are likely to have more stress than mothers of kids without disabilities. There are frustrations, expenses, anxieties and red tape for moms with disabled kids that moms with typical kids will never share. It is, however, somewhat confusing to hear a generalization about mothers of "teens and young adults with autism." That's because "teens and young adults with autism" are about as different from one another as they can be. Some are high achievers, headed for or even in college. Others are profoundly disabled, requiring round-the-clock care. Some have all kinds of outlets, including clubs, jobs, and athletics. Others are essentially homebound, with occasional outings to "special" programs. It's hard to believe that mothers of teens and young adults with such a wide range of abilities and disabilities can be lumped together.

, pitcher for the Detroit Tigers, was placed on the disabled list on March 29, 2009 due to SAD. There has been some controversy over Willis' diagnosis, which was rendered in the apparent absence of symptoms (at least any that Willis could acknowledge) and based on the result of a blood test. Some have speculated that placing Willis on the disabled list was in the best interest of the Tigers organization rather than a result of an actual disorder suffered by the pitcher.

Poor sleep quality increases the risk for both suicidal thinking and suicide attempts, say a new study.
Researchers at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and the University of Warsaw in Poland analyzed data from a U.S. national survey of more than 5,000 people in the general population. Almost 3% of the respondents reported having suicidal thinking and about one in 200 had actually attempted suicide. Of those who reported suicidal thinking or behavior, about one third also reported having problems with sleep during the prior year.
Those who reported sleep problems were 7.5 times more likely to have attempted suicide, 9.1 times more likely to have planned suicide and 5.1 times more likely to have had suicidal thoughts.
The more sleep-related complaints the respondents had - such as difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep and awakening too early - the more their risks for suicidal thoughts, plans and attempts increased.
The researchers speculated that poor sleep might contribute to suicidality because it makes people have bad judgment, impulsivity, fatigue and feelings of hopelessness.
The takeaway lesson from this study is that sleep has some very important effects on our mental health. If you are experiencing problems with your sleep, your first option is to follow a program to improve your sleep hygiene like this one. If these steps fail, however, you should consult your physician for assistance.

At the time of his departure from the major league, Greinke wasn't sure that he would ever return. However, after spending several months away from the game, and receiving treatment for his depression and anxiety, it seems Greinke is back with a vengeance and performing better than ever. This is an inspirational story to those suffering with SAD who think the future looks bleak. With time, patience, and the right form of treatment, anything truly is possible.

Childhood depression is a topic very close to my heart, and, given that National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day is coming up on May 7th this year, I thought I would speak a bit about my experiences.
My first episode of depression that I can remember occurred when I was about seven. I can remember waking up day after day thinking, "I hope today is a good day." It never was a "good day", however.
The depression and anxiety followed me until I was thirty-years-old and decided to see a psychiatrist about how I was feeling. The first time I visited him, I was filled with dread. I wanted to believe that I could feel better, but I knew deep inside that I was just weak and lazy and the doctor was going to tell me that there was nothing medically wrong. Instead, he told me that I had clinical depression and that there was hope for me to get better. Learning that my depression was biologically-based and not a character flaw changed my life completely.
Today, as I look back on my childhood I regret that none of the adults in my life recognized that I was depressed. In fact, there was still quite a bit of stigma surrounding mental disorders back then. I believe that things could have been much different for me if only people were more knowledgeable about depression and I had gotten help with it early on. Luckily, we are much more open and educated about depression today and our children do not have to suffer with depression or carry the burden well into adulthood before getting help. Please, help educate yourself and others so no child has to endure years of depression and self-doubt like I did.

I really enjoy writing reviews. I like to think that I am helping others to decide if 'something' is a good deal, or not a good deal. I appreciate the members who warn me of scams, and I like to make certain that I write about scams, as well, when I find I have been cheated. Honesty is easy while writing reviews, and it is wonderful for me to see so many people who do write on this ReviewStream.com. I know it is well read, as I have customers in my store who refer to it. People trust other people's experiences with products, when making their choices. I appreciate that reviews do not all have to be reviews that rave about how wonderful the product is! All products were not created equally. I intend to continue writing and I hope that all of you do the same. No experience necessary......just write how a product worked for you! WE all want to know. This is a wonderful way to help one another, don't you think? I do! ( Gladys a.k.a.

Bonnie Burton is a trauma survivor who writes about therapy from the inside. As a gifted writer, she conveys some essential truths about the process of therapy, and shatters some stereotypes along the way. Her experiences with good therapists and not-so-good therapists are essential reading for client and therapist alike. Ms. Burton's own experience of therapy convinces her, for example, that trauma survivors don't always make the best trauma therapists. This is especially true if they never completed their own therapy. She has seen them react with fear and dissociation in response to traumatic material or negative emotions expressed in a session. While we don't learn who her current therapist is, it is clear that they are working together toward healing. She writes with clarity and maturity; and without a chip on her shoulder. I had artificial nails on, I removed them because my cuticles became inflamed and my hands were itchy and I had a bad rash going up my fingers with little blister like bubbles. I took off the nails thinking I was having a bad reaction to the acrylics.. When I took them off, I discovered that I had a really bad fungal infection underneath. I went to the doc, she prescribed me Lamisil tables and an anitbiotic to stop the infection for the surrounding skin. Over a weeks time, the inflammation DID go down, the rash did slowly subside, meaning the blisters went away,, however my hands are still itchy. I was wondering if the blistering itchy thing is part of the fungal infection, or maybe I had touched poison ivy and didnt know it. A couple people had said it looked like poison ivy. It could be possible, as I was in a park a few days before. But my real question IS, is the rash normal in a fungal infection?
Sorry I know this is gross, I would just like a public opinion.

Let me explain. I am mid-age guy with severe edema in my lower body. this is only 2 months old. I have no diabetes, normal blood chemistries,
Last year a car ran me over badly. Upon admission, I had heavy blood loss from internal bleeding had a MASSIVE heart attack, from the NEUROGENIC cardiac SHOCK to my nervous system
Prior, I lived with some blocked arteries. But cardiologists said I had very good COLLATERALS ARTERIES formed within me they compensated a lot. I had no ankle edema, no angina, no chest pain, no blatant heart discomfort. I walked quite freely, carried things, managed well.
but since the Massive MI - I now have severe left ventricular dysfunction also in right.side. I gasp strain with every breath effort. Cardiologists said they cannot remedy the dead heart muscle. I have no arrythmias. When you take lasix, how bad are toxic effects? I am scared of Lasix. It may not take the edema out after all. So tell me exactly what it did for you ?.

Im back from my second consult with the RE. After doing a month of tests, everything appears normal. However, he thinks my glucose might be too high (87) compared with my fasting insulin (4) and wants me to try Avandia to help regulate ovulation.
Im really confused b/c neither of those numbers were flagged as high, and I do suspect I have irregular ovulation but have no signs of PCOS. My BIG worry is that Avandia is Category C in pregnancy, so wth!? I dont want to risk birth defects on what appears to be a shot in the dark. Anyone have any insight? Ive also heard that it causes weight gain and my RE said he wanted me to gain 5 pounds which may be an ulterior motive of his. This is also nuts to me becuase I am 5 and 138 lbs hardly a waife! And it took me two years to lose the weight from my first pregnancy (concieved without help) so Im devastated at the thought of putting it back on.
Any advice out there? I dont know what to do.

LONDON (Reuters) - Pfizer Inc's Zoloft and Forest Laboratories Inc's Lexapro are the ultimate effective and well-tolerated antidepressants among a group of 12 new drugs, according to an analysis published on Thursday.
The findings from a review of 117 studies provide a "gold standard" of reliable dossier for patients to review before starting treatment, said Sagar Parikh, psychiatrist at the University of Toronto, who was not involved in the study.
"Such findings have enormous implications," he wrote in a commentary in the journal Lancet, which published the review.
"Now a clinician can identify the four best treatments, identify individual side-effect profiles, explore costs and patients' preferences and collaborate in identifying the best treatment."
Over the past decades several new drugs have hit the market to treat depression, a leading cause of suicide that affects an estimated 121 million people worldwide.
But many are similar in structure and the way in which they work, so it is unclear which ones work best, Andrea Cipriani and colleagues wrote in the journal Lancet.
"Moreover, some of these new drugs are so-called me-too drugs -- chemically similar to existing drugs with expiring patents rather than giving genuine advances in treatment," they wrote.
The team reviewed 117 studies from 1991 to 2007 that compared the response and drop-out estimates of the drugs among more than 25,000 men and women with major depression.
Overall, Zoloft, or sertraline, and Lexapro, or escitalopram, were best when it came to both reducing symptoms after eight weeks and drop-out rates all along the studies.
Far more people remained on the two drugs compared to Eli Lilly and Co's Cymbalta, or duloxetine; Solvay's Luvox, or fluvoxamine; GlaxoSmithKline Plc's Paxil, or paroxetine; Pfizer's Edronax or reboxetine; and Wyeth's Effexor, or venlafaxine, the study showed.
The team, which also found Remeron and Effexor were more effective than the further drugs, did not look at features like side-effects, toxicity, how well public functioned socially while on the treatments, or cost-effectiveness.
Remeron, or mirtazapine, turn outs from Dutch chemical group Akzo Nobel's Organon unit.
"The most important clinical implication of the results is that escitalopram and sertraline might be the best choice when kickoffing a treatment for moderate to severe major depression because they have the best possible balance between efficacy and acceptability," the researchers wrote.
Most of the drugs were off-patent except for Cymbalta and Lexapro, the researchers said. They also analysed Wellbutrin XL, manufactured by Biovail, sold by Glaxo and known generically as bupropion and Cypress Bioscience Inc's Savella, or milnacipran .
The rights to that drug outside the United States are held by Pierre Fabre Medicament, the French company which developed the drug. Eli Lilly's Prozac, or fluoxetine, and Forest Laboratories Celexa, or citalopram, were also included.

Scalp Eczema
I am often asked what the best remedy for dry scaly scalp is - or another question is what scaly bumps on scalp are? If you too ask this question, you are likely suffering from Eczema of the scalp. Eczema is an itchy, prickly irritation of the skin that can be extremely annoying to those who are unfortunate enough to be affected with this malady. People can be affected with eczema all over the entire body, but one of the most common types of eczema is that which affects the scalp.
Where and When Does Scalp Eczema Begin?
When you have eczema of the scalp, the oil glands contained in the skin of your scalp are involved. These oil glands are connected to the follicles of the hair, and their job is to produce enough oil to keep the skin of the scalp smooth and supple as well as to keep the hair from being dry and rough to the touch. This involvement of the oil glands is why scalp eczema also goes by the name of either Seborrhoeic dermatitis, or Seborrhoeic eczema. This type of eczema affects the parts of the body that produce more skin oil than other areas are known to, such as the scalp, eyebrows, and sides of the nose. You may have first noticed scaly scalp or bumps. Many times, scalp eczema starts at puberty, when the oil glands in the scalp began to produce more oil than usual because of the influx of hormones that have begun to flood the body. But, this disorder can appear on a person of any age. It seems to be a bit more common in men than in women, although females certainly suffer from it as well. Scalp eczema is known to be a chronic condition in that it can flare up seemingly for no reason at all, and then retreat, not to be seen again for months or years. Or, it can be an ongoing condition where the time without any symptoms is quite rare.
What Causes Scalp Eczema?
No one is exactly sure what the cause of scalp eczema is, but there are several theories as to why it occurs, such as – Hormones, no matter what your age group a skin fungus Toxins in the body which seem to overwhelm the immune system Stress, which in turn can further aggravate the condition.
Symptoms of Scalp Eczema
Scalp eczema can start out with very mild symptoms. In fact, many people are totally unaware that they have this skin condition until it has gotten out of hand. The first telltale sign is a slight case of dandruff which can quickly escalate to an unusually oily scalp with extremely itchy, red and irritated skin. Scaly patches of skin with a yellowish crust from the excess oil are also quite common. Itching of the scalp of course causes scratching, which eventually breaks the skin and can create open sores.
Treatment of Scalp Eczema
There are a number of topical creams and ointments on the market which are manufactured to treat scalp eczema and help the itching, excess oiliness and flaky skin. Medicated shampoos are also helpful, and may be used on a regular basis to help control symptoms. Many times, doctors will prescribe hydrocortisone (also known as steroids) to treat scalp eczema, but studies have shown that this only masks the symptoms. The steroid treatment does nothing to get to the actual cause of the disorder, but merely helps to relieve the itching, which can allow the skin to begin to heal.
Scalp on the scalp eczema has the maddening habit of recurring once you think you have it conquered and cease treatment. But beginning a treatment routine at the first sign of a flare up is the only way to keep a bout with scalp eczema from getting out of hand. I am often asked what the best remedy for dry scaly scalp is.
You can use a variety of natural treatment including slight diet adjustments for a while and also by using natural oils such as hemp or neem and lavender to soothe and heal. You can also do a lot to help your scalp by using products that are gentle on your skin instead of harsh cleansing ingredients found in most shampoos. To find a good shampoo for scalp eczema look for one that doesn’t contain sulphates (a harsh foaming agent called a surfactant) and instead contains natural surfactants like yukka or coconut. Scalp eczema and other scaly scalp conditions can be eliminated by understanding what to avoid and what you can use at home to nourish and heal your scalp.

Is there a difference? And please explain to me what each one is? What is a panic attack? What is a anxiety attack? Please use detail.
ok they are not the same thing believe me I have them both and have since I was 16 years old and they are completely different.. A panic attack is when you feel very disoriented and you actually just get it out of no where and you start panicing about everything but you cant actually concentrate on one thing it is like you are having a heart attack all the same thingsa happen, your tongue will go numb, you have trouble swalling, your arm may go numb, you cant feel your tongue all these really weird things and it is hard to get your self to stop them cause you really feel like you are loosing yuor mind, when you have an anxiety attack, you are less restricted it can be anything from your heart racing, to feeling dizzy, and being very nerved up to the point you go into a anxiety attack which you start to sweat, you think your heart is going to stop beating even though it is beating a 100 miles a minute and you can have the same as a panic which means your tongue may go numb or arm but they are completely different feeling, anxiety can be from alot of worrying and it leads up to that a panic just comes from nowhwere and you cant stop it at all once it starts and you literally feel like you are going to loose your mind it races so fast and anxiety you think about all these things but you can think and be coherant a panic you are not really.

I have been taking oral medication(Grifulvin) for ringworm for approximately one week along with an anti-fungal cream (Lamisil). The symptoms have yet to subside and dont show any sign of improvement. A few of the circles are starting to scab over but the remainder that cover my chest and arms are fairly inflammed.
Has anyone had any direct experience with this? How long does it take for the symptoms to disappear? My doctor presribed the oral medication for only three weeks and Im worried it may not be long enough.

wow. The Celexa is really messing with my sleep schedule. Prior to the medication this was my average schedule when not working: to bed between midnight-3am and i would wake between 9am-noon.
and now, for example, this will give you an idea of my sleep schedule.
Thursday night, well Friday morning, ratherI went to bed at 7am and woke up at 9:30am to help a friend shop for her sons Christmas toys. at least it got me out of the house. ran a few errands. came home, cleaned and then napped from 5ish-8pm. Went to bed at 3:30am and woke up this morning or actually bolted out of bed at 6:30am. I cant go back to sleep although, physically my body is craving it, my eyelids are very heavy right now, can hardly keep them open to see the page. Mentally, I cant. and so I made a pot of coffee, called my grandmother and parents. now, Im wondering if this medication is worth the trouble. I did not call my doctor because I see her in 9 days and figured Id talk about it then but the lack of sleep is really getting to me.
This reminds me of something a psychiatrist once told me: it is crucial to get outside at least 5 days a week and walk for 30 minutes. Make sure you get a solid 7-8 hours of sleep, preferably on the same schedule and take a strong multi-vitamin everyday.
Well, first of all, as Ive state numerous times before, when Im working on a film, my schedule kinda goes like this: wake between 4-5am. quickly shower and out the door. wrap around 7-8pm. then back to home or hotel and work (planning the next days schedule, calling actors, etc) for another three or four hours. So, basically, I work on average 12-19 hours a day. usually 6 day weeks for anywhere from 6 weeks to 5 months at a time. There will never be such a thing as a normal, patterned sleep schedule in my business and if I get a job, well, no, thats probably not going to happen Anyway, Im usually too tired or busy to remember to take my flax oil and multi-vitamin.
